I tested my latest brew, the oatmeal stout, last night. While it wasn't quite fully carbonated, the flavor was most excellent! I was shocked at how tasty it was. I think that I've created a great recipe. If I ever get around to opening the brewery, this one will definitely have to be in the rotation.
