A slight change

Okay, so I realized that there is a benefit to all of the morons arguing about a dumb resolution - they are not actually doing anything. That, I believe is oftentimes key to our economy. So, perhaps, we should all unite in encouraging the blowhards on Capitol Hill to keep arguing about a resolution, so that they don't actually screw up anything.
