Man, these two political parties that we have are atrocious. Trying to support one is like trying to decide whether I would have my teeth pulled or a finger amputated. The Reeps wasted their opportunities to make things better over the last decade or so. Since they're acting like Dems, the Dems are now acting like Socialists. That brings me to my current gripe.
What's the deal with universal health care (or health access or health insurance or whatever these numbnuts call it)???!?!?! Since when did it become a right for the gov't to pay for me to stay healthy. If that's a right, then shouldn't the gov't ensure that everyone (including the illegals, following the current logic) has their own printing press, their own church, and their own guns? The Bill of Rights gave us these rights, but the gov't tries to suppress them. Now, the idiots want to turn a basic responsibility into a right. If I want a gun, I have to pay all kinds of taxes, prove that I'm not 'evil', take a test, fill out a questionaire, buy a trigger lock, etc. But, if I have the sniffles, it's my right to have the government pay some quack to give me drugs and make me healthy?
Why do people depend on their government to take care of personal problems? Take care of it yourself, you bum!
How could anyone vote for a candidate that promises/promotes universal health care? I can think of three political leaders pushing this filth...Hillary, Schwarzenegger and Obama. Hillary is nasty for obvious reasons. Arnold - well, I don't get the guy. I think that he just promotes whatever is popular. Obama - that dude's a snake in the grass. They're doing nothing to improve this country, but plenty to jack it up.
Time for some bourbon...
